Grant Writing WorkshopParticipants will learn the skills and knowledge necessary to research, write, and submit grants. The intended outcome of this workshop is for faculty, teachers, and instructors to be able to apply for grants to supplement their own research, teaching, and learning interests. As part of the workshop, participants will complete a grant application for submission through the UWF Grants Office. Instruction will be given for the completion of the grant. The determination of wind loads is a dynamic topic with the requirements for the design of buildings seemingly under constant change.The Florida Building Codes have been updated to the 2007 versions.
